1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this site or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to ensure descriptions, specifications, dimensions and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Natural materials such as wood, leather and cast iron show variations in tone and grain; photographs are indicative.

We reserve the right to discontinue, replace or modify any product at any time and without notice. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices may change without notice, but no change will affect an order already confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store any card details.

4. Order confirmation and cancellation

A confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order, not the acceptance of a contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund.

You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Once dispatch has started, cancellation follows the returns procedure described below.

5. Delivery and shipping

We ship within 48 hours on working days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier; estimated times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or any event beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you on handover to the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact hello@braisor.com; we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the shipment, at our discretion.

6. Returns and refunds

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a full product refund, excluding shipping costs in both directions. Large appliances must be returned unassembled and in their original box.

Items that are defective or damaged on delivery will be replaced or refunded in full, shipping included, on receipt of photographic evidence. To start a return, contact hello@braisor.com quoting your order number.

7. Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use. This warranty does not cover normal wear, corrosion due to poor maintenance, or damage resulting from misuse. The warranty period of each product is stated on its page where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, design, CSS, JavaScript and layout — is the property of [Legal entity — pending] or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.

9. Limitation of liability

Barbecue gear involves fire, heat and smoke. You are solely responsible for safe use, for following the manufacturer's instructions and local regulations on open fires. To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law
